Note: Maximum class size at our Atlanta classroom is two students, though in most cases if you are the only one to sign up from your organization, you will be the only student. Classes can be held at any time per the customer's schedule, but unless arranged otherwise, classes run from 9 AM to 5 PM each day, with an hour for lunch.

Description
Art=Visual's Photoshop Level 2 course is a two day course that picks up where Level 1 left off.  You now have the retouching and basic compositing skills, now it's time to start creating advanced compositions from multiple images using masking, blend modes, and advanced layer techniques.  Work non-destructively utilizing Smart Objects, Smart Filters, and Smart Text.  This is essential for anyone wishing to create complex graphics and compositions.  

Prerequisites
Attended Art=Visual's Photoshop Level 1 course.

After completing this course a student will be able to
• Add effects to layers using Layer Styles
• Work non-destructively with Smart Objects, Smart Filters, and Smart Text
• Create selections from soft edged objects such as hair and fur
• Create realistic compositions from multiple images
• Use masking and blending techniques, the key to all Photoshop creativity
• Utilize text features
• Use vector drawing tools to create custom shapes
• Automate repetitive tasks with Action and the Image Processor

Class materials
Steve uses his own photographs and written materials for the class, but also provides students with their own copy of Adobe's Classroom in a Book.
